Owner / Founder

Don has 40 years of intervention experience. His early post-treatment work centered on educating EAPs and HR professionals on addiction. Even when he later established successful careers in technology and consulting, he never stopped helping families get their loved ones to treatment. In 2009, he made recovery care work his full-time job, specializing in interventions for wealth-insulated clients (think high-net-worth individuals, C-suite executives, prominent politicians, Fortune 100 figures, etc.). He leads his team and his interventions from a place of love and compassion combined with clarity and firmness. His capacity to connect deeply with others, adapt in the moment, and hold space for families in pain makes him one of the most sought-after interventionists in the country.

Don holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and National Training Laboratories (NTL) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland. He is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Myers-Briggs administrator.
